A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 8-10 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO

Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: We ship to all US States and Territories. Orders placed through Canada.JubileeJam.net can be shipped to Canada.
CANADIAN CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By ordering goods from JubileeJam.net, Inc., you hereby authorize a
licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by JubileeJam.net, Inc. to act
as your agent and transact business with Revenue Canada to clear your
merchandise, account for duties and taxes, return your merchandise to
JubileeJam.net, Inc. and prepare and submit refund claims on your
behalf for any merchandise that you return.
For all other international shipping orders, an
international shipping fee will be applied and extra terms and
conditions will apply to your order. Read more about our international

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please
allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
A: All orders shipped to a destination within the United States or
its territories, or to APO or FPO addresses are shipped free of charge.
Shipping charges apply to orders shipped to Canada. See information on

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final, no refunds. By making a purchase with JUBILEE JAM, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds
policy.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final yet in the event that a damaged product is received, you must contact JUBILEE JAM Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 10 days of the purchase date.
After you have obtained the RMA, please return the product to
Jubilee Jam (see address below) within 10 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in the original shipment box with packaging. All
tags must remain on the product. The "passcode bar" on the tag should
be intact and not scratched off for a refund. Please include the packing receipt and list your email address or phone number so we can confirm with you that JUBILEE JAM has received the returned product.

JUBILEE JAM will confirm receipt of the returned
item by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a
credit has been issued to your credit card.
WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty Procedure : Please contact the JUBILEE JAM Customer Service at info@jubileejam.net for help in determining whether the item
appears to defective. If it is, Jubilee Jam Customer Service Support
will provide instructions for returning the item. Shipping costs are
paid by the customer: All costs to ship back to the customer will be
paid by JUBILEE JAM.
30 - Day Warranty
All products (unless stated otherwise), carry an implied, 30-Day
Warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. The warranty
does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the
designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There are two ways to cancel an order you have placed with JUBILEE JAM.
Option # 1
Contact the Jubilee Jam Customer Service by email (info@jubileejam.net) within 3 hours of receiving the email purchase acknowledgment to cancel the order.
In the subject line, please list CANCEL ORDER and in the text
area, list the details of your order (Your name, address, phone number
and email address.)
Option # 2
Email us within 3 hours of receiving the email purchase acknowledgement to cancel the order.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
Our inventory may fluctuate, so an item listed as "in stock" when
you place the order, if fact, may be out-of-stock. In this event, JUBILEE JAM will
make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you
that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also
provide you with information on How To Cancel the order if you prefer
not to wait for the item to be in stock again.

OFFLINE COLLECTION, USE & DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
As you might expect from JubileeJam.net, the majority of information
that we collect is obtained through our Site, and this Privacy Policy
applies only to that online collection of personal information. We also
collect information offline, where we also try to protect the privacy
of you personal information. One example involves someone calling us to
place an order or to ask questions. When someone calls, we will ask
only for the personal information we need in order to place the order
or to answer the question. When we need to store information (such as
order information), we will enter it into our database through SSL
encryption. (See the Data Security section above for more information).
Another example involves faxes. If you fax something to us, we will act
upon the fax and then either store it a locked repository or we will
shred the fax if there is no need to retain the information. There are
other ways we could learn of personal information offline (for example,
we suppose someone could send us a letter including some return address
information), and this Policy doesn't discuss or try to predict all of
those methods or uses. As we mentioned, we primarily sell merchandise,
