REFUND  POLICY
All sales are final, no refunds.  By making a purchase with JUBILEE JAM, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds
policy.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final yet in the event that a damaged product is received, you must contact JUBILEE JAM Customer Service at info@jubileejam.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 10 days of the purchase date. 

After you have obtained the RMA, please return the product to Jubilee Jam (see address below) within 10 days from the purchase date.

Products must be in the original shipment box with packaging.  All tags must remain on the product.  The "passcode bar" on the tag should be intact and not scratched off for a refund.  Please include the packing receipt and list your email address or phone number so we can confirm with you that JUBILEE  JAM has received the returned product.
